This notice explains the information used when you browse capturella.com or contact Capturella about a photo booth event. Questions? Email smilemore@capturella.com.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name and email address and offers fields for a phone number, event date, event address, event type, preferred booth, and other details you choose to share. We use your inquiry details to respond, check availability, prepare a quote, and coordinate the services you request. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

Forms and embedded catalogues

HoneyBook provides our inquiry form. When you use it, information is processed through HoneyBook. Its form also uses Google reCAPTCHA. Our photo-design and backdrop catalogues are embedded from TemplatesBooth and PB Backdrops. Opening these tools connects your browser to their services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and use cookies or similar technology.

Read the providers’ notices for their own practices: HoneyBook privacy policy and Google privacy policy. If you prefer not to use an embedded tool, you can email your event details and design preferences instead.

Website operation and cookies

The website and its hosting and embedded services process technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain security, and operate their features. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies, although blocking them may affect embedded forms or catalogues. Where a consent control is displayed, you can use it to manage the choices it offers.

Your choices and requests

You can inquire by email instead of the web form and choose what optional event details to share. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email smilemore@capturella.com. We may need to verify your request and consider any information needed to complete an existing booking or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
