Does submitting the form reserve my date?
The form starts your inquiry. We will confirm availability and review the details, then explain the agreement and payment needed to finalize your reservation.
Do I need to choose a booth first?
No. Tell us about your event and guest list if you are still deciding. We can help you compare Open Air, Glam, Enclosed, and 360.
When will I hear back?
Our published response time is within 24 hours. If you need to follow up or share more details, email smilemore@capturella.com.
Can I request more than one booth?
Yes. Mention the combination you have in mind, along with your guest count and schedule. We will check availability and prepare a quote.
What if my plans change?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will review your booking terms and available options for rescheduling or adjusting the event.
