Which booth is best for a birthday party?
Choose Open Air for group photos, Enclosed for a classic private booth, Glam for black-and-white portraits, or 360 for videos with movement. We can help you compare the choices for your guest list.
Can the photos match our party theme?
Yes. Share your colors, names, and design ideas. We can personalize the photo design or video overlay, and you can explore backdrop options for the photo booths.
Are props included?
The Open Air and Enclosed packages include props. If you want a specific theme or an extra-curated selection, mention it in your inquiry so we can confirm the options.
Can we keep the booth longer?
Additional time is listed at $150 per hour. Ask us to confirm availability and the final booking total for your preferred session length.
How do I get started?
Send your date, location, event hours, and preferred booth through the inquiry form. No payment is needed to inquire; we will confirm availability and explain how to complete your reservation.

What space and setup time do you need?
Every booth needs a 10 ft × 10 ft space with a nearby power outlet. We arrive one hour before your booth session to set up. Tell us about stairs, elevator access and venue loading instructions when you inquire.
When will I receive the online gallery?
You receive your full online gallery within 1–2 days after the event. Photo booths include unlimited guest photos and prints during the booked session; the 360 booth creates digital videos.
Can I choose a backdrop?
Only Open Air offers a choice of backdrop. Its package includes your choice of sequin color, with flower walls, shimmer walls and other premium designs available as upgrades. Glam uses its signature smooth white backdrop; Enclosed has its own interior; 360 is a video platform experience.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel at least 30 days before your event date. Rescheduling is free; contact us to arrange a new date. Your booking agreement explains the full cancellation and payment terms.
