Can you include our logo?
Yes. We can incorporate your event identity into photo designs or a 360 video overlay. Share approved artwork and brand guidelines when planning the event.
Do you offer a branded backdrop?
Only Open Air offers a choice of backdrop. Its package includes your choice of sequin color, with flower walls, shimmer walls and other premium designs available as upgrades. Glam uses its signature smooth white backdrop; Enclosed has its own interior; 360 is a video platform experience.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. Your booth package includes an on-site attendant to guide guests and manage the booth during the booked session.
Can guests receive digital copies?
Digital sharing is included with the current booth packages. The sharing experience depends on venue connectivity; we can review the setup with you before the event.
Can we book more than one booth?
Yes, you can request multiple booths. Tell us the guest count and event plan so we can check availability and prepare a quote for the combination you want.
What should we send for branded photo designs?
Send your approved logo artwork, brand colors, event name and any design guidelines. Tell us whether you want photo prints or a 360 video overlay so we can prepare the appropriate layout for your review.
Can you work around a conference or company-party schedule?
Share the venue, room, guest count, vendor access window and desired booth operating hours. We will review placement and timing with you before confirming the event quote.
What is included in a corporate event quote?
The quote confirms your selected booth, booked operating hours, attendant, setup and teardown, customization, applicable tax and any travel or requested extras. Photo booth packages include prints; 360 packages deliver digital videos.
How much is an additional hour?
Each additional hour is $150 for every booth: Open Air, Enclosed, Glam and 360. Tell us your preferred session length so we can confirm availability.
What space and setup time do you need?
Every booth needs a 10 ft × 10 ft space with a nearby power outlet. We arrive one hour before your booth session to set up. Tell us about stairs, elevator access and venue loading instructions when you inquire.
When will I receive the online gallery?
You receive your full online gallery within 1–2 days after the event. Photo booths include unlimited guest photos and prints during the booked session; the 360 booth creates digital videos.
Can I choose a backdrop?
Only Open Air offers a choice of backdrop. Its package includes your choice of sequin color, with flower walls, shimmer walls and other premium designs available as upgrades. Glam uses its signature smooth white backdrop; Enclosed has its own interior; 360 is a video platform experience.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel at least 30 days before your event date. Rescheduling is free; contact us to arrange a new date. Your booking agreement explains the full cancellation and payment terms.
