Before the booth opens
Allow access one hour before your booked session for setup. Reserve a 10 ft × 10 ft space near power, with a clear route for guests and equipment.
During your reception
Think about dinner, speeches and dancing when choosing your start time. Ask your planner or DJ to point guests toward the booth, and leave a moment for the two of you to join in.
Keep the celebration
Photo packages include unlimited photos and prints during your session; 360 includes videos. Your full online gallery follows within 1–2 days. Need a longer session? Extra time is $150 per hour.

Can guests take home prints?
Yes, the Open Air, Glam, and Enclosed packages include unlimited prints during the booked session. The 360 booth creates digital videos instead.
Can we add a guestbook?
Ask about a scrapbook station for photo strips and written messages, or an audio guestbook for recorded voices. Availability, compatibility, and pricing are confirmed with your event quote.
When should we inquire?
Once you have a date and venue in mind, send us the details. An inquiry lets us check availability; the date is finalized through the agreement and payment steps we provide.
How much does a wedding photo booth cost?
Our current three-hour packages start at $695 for Open Air, $795 for Enclosed, $895 for Glam and $795 for 360. Applicable tax, travel and requested extras are confirmed in your final quote. Open Air, Enclosed and Glam include prints; 360 provides digital videos.
What should we share with our venue or wedding planner?
Tell us the event room, vendor arrival window, access route, power location and reception timeline. We will review booth placement and the booked operating hours with you. Outdoor setups require advance discussion of shade and weather protection.
How much is an additional hour?
Each additional hour is $150 for every booth: Open Air, Enclosed, Glam and 360. Tell us your preferred session length so we can confirm availability.

Only Open Air offers a choice of backdrop. Its package includes your choice of sequin color, with flower walls, shimmer walls and other premium designs available as upgrades. Glam uses its signature smooth white backdrop; Enclosed has its own interior; 360 is a video platform experience.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel at least 30 days before your event date. Rescheduling is free; contact us to arrange a new date. Your booking agreement explains the full cancellation and payment terms.
