Is the custom photo strip design really free?
Yes — 100% free with every booking. There's no hidden design fee. Once you book and let us know your preferred template, our team handles the customization at no extra cost.
Can I use my own design instead of a template?
Absolutely. If you have a custom design, brand guidelines, or a specific vision, share it when you book and our team will bring it to life. We can work from a sketch, a Pinterest board, or full artwork files.
When will I see the design proof?
We aim to send your proof within 48–72 hours of your booking being confirmed. You'll have plenty of time to review, request adjustments, and approve before your event date.
What size are the photo strips?
Standard open air strips print at 2×6 inches. The Glam Booth uses 4×6 inch prints. Both include your custom design — logos, names, dates, colors, and whatever else you'd like.
How many revisions can I request?
We want you to love it, so we offer unlimited revisions until you're completely happy with the design. Just let us know what to adjust and we'll turn it around quickly.
